Spice were appointed as the designers and project managers for the ‘flagship’ corporate headquarters in London.

This high profile project was undertaken with the client in occupation within a restricted time frame. Spice were responsible for the design and planning of the reception, hall, lift lobby, public teller area, private banking reception, offices, and back office support areas.

The detailed design included the selection and design of special marble inlay floors, purpose made metal uplighters, acid etched screens and purpose made joinery.

Spice project managed the installation which included underfloor I.T. distribution systems and new V.A.V. air-conditioning. The overall project was carried out in three stages over a period of 26 weeks for a total cost of £1.8m. Totally in budget.
