Spice were commissioned to completely refurbish the existing ground floor and entrance hall.  We provided 3 bars that could be divided up by sliding partitions enabling multi-functional spaces and providing a members’ area.  All could be opened up to create one large facility all serviced by a new kitchen and servery.  It incorporated bespoke carpets and curtains and curved bars in oak and walnut inlays.

The ceilings were of fibrous plaster with through and feature lighting with concealed tracks for the sliding partitions. Cost £450K.
